Each volunteer will benefit from a euroleague entry pass to all the games and a dedicated shirt. The form needs to be filled out for each task individually.
For example: If you want to help at the bar on day 1 and on day 2 as a driver, you will have to fill out the form twice.

Team Guide

The team guide is the first and main point of contact for the teams, will welcome them at the airport or hotel, provide them with information about the running of the event and handles their questions and requests. The team guide speaks fluently English and is available upon the arrival until the departure of his team. The team guide is the liaison person between the Team and the Competition Director.

Ideally, the team guide is the same for the overall duration of the event. Details upon availability can be requested in the comments section.

Bar

A total of 6-8 people are required for the refreshment bar service from one hour before the start of the match until closing approximately one hour after the match. It is important to be able to operate a beer pump. 1-2 persons sell the €10 and €20 vouchers and handle the reimbursement for returned cups.

VIP Area

Presence of 3 persons 60’ before the start of the match until +/- 60’ after the end of the match. The main objective is to serve food & beverages.

One person has to check the access of the people to the VIP Area. 

Driver

As a Transport volunteer you will be a key player for athletes and officials. You must be serious and responsible and confident driving a minibus (8 passengers). You must have a valid class B driving licence and be familiar with Luxembourg. Ideally, you will be responsible for a team for the entire duration of their stay according to a pre-established schedule. This will require welcoming the team at the airport at their arrival, driving them to and from the Hotel, to and from the Competition Hall during the competition days, coordinating their departure to the airport and handling various requests in close consultation with the Team guide and the Competition director.
