Commissions
9 commissions exist in various departments. Each commission consists of several members which help their chairman in the execution of their tasks
Sports Commission
The Sports Commission is responsible for the overall program of the Indoor Volleyball (Seniors) and Cup (all age groups) leagues.

Youth Commission
The Youth Commission is responsible for creating the competition program for the youth divisions (Indoor Volleyball) and for developing strategies to increase the attractiveness of Volleyball for young people. In addition, the Youth Commission is responsible for developments in youth training.

Technical Commission
The Technical Commission is responsible for national teams (Indoor Volleyball) and for training coaches and other technical staff.

Beachvolley Commission
The Beachvolleyball Commission is responsible for all aspects of beachvolleyball: strategies for the development of beachvolleyball activities, national teams, championships and tournaments, specific coach training, youth training, specific referee training and officiating.
"Promotion of Beach Volleyball as a complete sport with two major aspects: Competition and Leisure".

Referees Committee
The Referees' Commission plans and coordinates the regular appointment of referees for Championship (Indoor Volleyball) and Cup matches. The commission is also responsible for referee training.

Finance Commission
The Finance Commission is responsible for the annual budget and the ongoing search for new funding opportunities. It is also responsible for sponsorship and marketing.

Information and Press Commission
The Press and Information Commission is responsible for FLVB communications and the media development of Volleyball and Beachvolleyball in Luxembourg. In this area, it is responsible for drafting and sending all FLVB press releases to the press, clubs and other interested parties, and for managing the various media (FLVB website, television, radio, press, etc.).

Leisure and Corporate Volleyball
The Hobby, leisure and corporate commission is responsible for clubs and leisure teams that do not take part in the competitive Luxembourg Championship.

Rules and Regulations Commission
The Status and Regulations Commission draws up proposals for regulations, and contributes to the implementation of existing rules in the form of the R.O.I. (internal regulations) and the FLVB statutes. All requests for amendments to the R.O.I. or statutes are checked by the Commission. The Statutes and Regulations Commission is also responsible for drawing up contracts binding on the FLVB.
