FLVB is recruiting 1 Coach for Beachvolleyball and Youth Development.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and conduct beach volleyball training sessions (individual and group)
Lead and design indoor youth training (U12–U16) within the FLVB Talent Academy
Develop and implement training and development concepts for various performance levels
Co-organize and coordinate FLVB events: training camps, tournaments and workshops
Collaborate closely with the FLVB sporting management to continuously optimise our programmes
Your Profile
At least High School or equivalent university entrance qualification
Advanced coaching licence (e.g. A-Licence, LuxQF5 or similar)
Solid experience in high-level beach volleyball coaching
Experience in youth indoor volleyball coaching
Strong organisational skills with an independent, structured working style
Excellent written and spoken English (important for international collaborations)
Knowledge of French, Luxembourgish or German is desirable
