5-6 people are required for the refreshment bar service from 90 minutes before the start of the match until closing +- 60‘ after the end of the game. It is important to be able to operate a beer pump. 

1-2 persons sell the €10 and €20 vouchers and handle the reimbursement for returned cups.

The assistant helps the financial manager to welcome the visitors, to sell and control the tickets and to distribute access bracelets.

He is present 60’ before the start of the match until 30-45’ after the start.

The Fan Shop assistant helps the Fan Shop manager to welcome potential customers, advise them and eventually  sell them a Letzvolley Fan Shirt.

He is present 60’ before the start of the match until +- 60’ after the end of the game.

The assistant is present from 60’ before the start of the first match until the end of the game to assist the DJ, Speaker or the TV Broadcast Crew in their task (e.g. Animation of the Screens and LED such as the presentation of the numbers and names of the players during warm-up and starting six, management of the playlist of the publicities), Overlay Gfx, etc.

(Depending on the task) He/she should be available the day before the event for instructions and trials.

1 person has to control the access of the people to the VIP Area.
